Showcase the functionalities and advantages of the property agency’s platform. It highlights key features like customised searches, immersive VR/AR experiences, and a smooth user journey — all presented in a clean, modern visual style to help users find their ideal home with ease.
This 3D animation was created during my first job. I was fully responsible for the visual execution — from scene planning, modeling, and animation to lighting and compositing.
Storyboard
Animation is guided by a ball inspired by the client’s logo, representing the user’s journey through the platform.
It begins with a brand introduction, then flows into key features such as customised property searches,
immersive VR/AR previews, and community tools. Each transition is designed
to feel smooth and effortless—just like using the platform.
